Ivorie was born and raised in Queens, New York, and while she loves the city, she also has a deep love for the outdoors — especially fishing, traveling, and spending time with family. She’s passionate about cooking, keeping a clean and organized home, and bringing warmth and joy into every space she touches. Her friends describe her as hardworking, funny, trustworthy, and a little goofy too. As she steps into marriage, she’s most excited to support Donovan and Christian while embracing her role as a Mother and Future Wife.
Donovan didn’t grow up in one place — his family moved over 15 times, which helped shape him into a confident, social leader who can connect with anyone. A former NCAA Division I athlete ranked in the top 1% nationally, he now uses that same drive as a Motivational Speaker and Online Business Coach, helping others grow their mindset and their business so they can build a meaningful life. He’s a natural goofball who loves to make people laugh, but also a bold leader who isn’t afraid to challenge others to become their best. At his core, Donovan is a man of God, excited to lead his future family with love, purpose, and strength.

We met online, but our connection felt anything but digital.

Donovan still remembers his first impression — he couldn’t believe he scored a date with someone so beautiful. Ivorie remembers thinking, “Wow… he’s tall!” But what really caught her attention was his presence — the kind of man you just feel safe with.

Our first date wasn’t just dinner — it was an experience. We met in Gatlinburg, Tennessee and walked the famous SkyBridge with the Smoky Mountains surrounding us, blending nature, laughter, and playful arcade games. Donovan tried to play it cool while starving in a long food line — Ivorie saw right through him and couldn’t stop laughing. That moment — hungry, vulnerable, and laughing together—became an early glimpse of the love that would unfold between us.

From the very beginning, we spoke the same bold language: “You’re going to be my wife someday.” “You’re going to be my husband.” It might’ve sounded crazy, but deep down — we both felt it. And over time, those feelings were confirmed again and again: in the prayers Donovan spoke over Ivorie during hard moments, in the patience and care he showed toward her daughter (Ariah), in the way she supported him with unshakable loyalty and deep respect.

Our love wasn’t just built on emotion — it was built on God, trust, and consistency. As we blended our lives, we realized how perfectly we balanced each other out. Donovan brought leadership, stability, and spiritual covering. Ivorie brought strength, warmth, and an unwavering commitment to family.

Now we're building a life together — one rooted in faith, filled with laughter, and grounded in a deep desire to love each other well. This wedding is the next chapter of a story that feels like it was written long before either of us knew it.
